Student Reminders

Students who haven’t booked for 3 weeks or more:

Admin contact all teachers in the first week of every month with a list of your students who haven’t booked with you in three weeks or more. It is essential that you drop your student a quick email to encourage them to book a lesson and to finish their course. Admin does send out automated reminders but we feel that a personalised message to students from their own teacher can be much more effective. We are also monitoring teacher retention rates – how a teacher is able to motivate a student to book their lessons and keep them keen throughout the course to prevent them from dropping off and ultimately not finishing all their hours.

Email title: Remaining Hours on your English Course – Are you Ready?

Dear (student name) I hope you are doing well; it has been a while since you have taken your English lessons. It would be great if you can book your remaining lessons as soon as possible.

Please try to reserve all your classes in advance to be sure that you will be able to complete your English course before the expiry date.
