Manually Booking Students’ Lessons

Teachers can make bookings on the System on a student’s behalf; it’s even recommended to spend a few minutes during the first class discussing a fixed schedule of lessons with your student and then making all the bookings for the entire duration of the course. A teacher may also manually add a lesson on the system at short notice and after direct email communication with a student.

Important note: if you manually make a booking after a student’s hours (remaining credit) have been exhausted then the booking will not be confirmed and the teacher and student will not receive any email confirmation notifications either. You can always check the remaining hours and expiry date on your Student’s coupon yourself by clicking on User ID.
