Low Level Students

In some cases it might be that some teachers end up with low level students (A1/A2) not matched to the teacher’s level of proficiency in French (i.e. non-bilingual teachers). Usually low-level students are assigned to those teachers who are either bilingual or who have some knowledge of French. However due to system logistics this is not always possible. Therefore, we request that you report any situation where you are struggling with a student due to inappropriate level and we will then endeavour to transfer the student to another teacher. Once again this ties in with student retention rates, client satisfaction and teacher motivation.
