Skype for Business
In the event that a student cannot access the Virtual Classroom due to their company’s strict IT Security they may be able to send you an Invitation Link. (before each class) using Skype for Business (which is a completely different application to normal Skype).
Once you receive the email & link you just need to click on Participer à une Réunion Skype (Enter the Skype Meeting) at the time of the lesson and then you will be prompted to Install and join with Skype Meetings App (web). Once the App is installed you will be able to enter the Skype for Business meeting.
Once you join the Meeting you can use Audio, Video and the Chat for notes and you should have the ability to Share your Screen in order to share Lesson Plans during Lessons (if this is activated).
