Student No-Shows (SNS’s)

It may occur that a student may not show for a lesson. Before a lesson is deemed “no show” the full calling procedure should be followed.

Important note: always remember to annotate your lesson report as a “no show” otherwise our data will be flagged and suggest that the lesson was completed but no report was filled in!
