How to Check Student Remaining Balance & Course Expiry Date.

It’s important for teachers to keep an eye on their students’ Remaining Balance & Course Expiry Date by clicking on User ID. Teachers can always encourage students to make more bookings (or manually make them for the student) especially if the expiry date is fast approaching.

In some circumstance students’ courses may be extended but this is totally to the discretion of their training manager.
