When a student only has a mobile/cell number listed on his/her profile, or no numbers listed at all: First contact the student in advance by e-mail and ask for a land-line number. Should they not reply, contact Perrine: perrine@atraduire-bourgogne.co & cc coordination@monformateur.org

For lesson cancellation requests by students, outside of normal cancellation policies:

Emergencies – medical, illness & related emergencies:

During power outages, internet services being down and other local technical problems:
Revert to your backup systems first. If these fail, contact Jason immediately (Mobile number: +447522610120). Contact affected students by e-mail (via a backup system) and apologise for not being able to call them – suggest (an)alternative lesson time/s and suggest rescheduling the classes for them (do so as soon as you can).

If you cannot e-mail affected students fast enough, ask Admin to do so on your behalf or from your Smartphone, etc. Sometimes lessons can be transferred by Admin to other teachers, so it’s important to let us know asap.

For platform related technical problems:
When any of the critical platforms are down (Planyo, OnSync,) or you if experience personal login or password related problems, please contact Jason.

If you missed a class:
It is very important to let Jason & Perrine know if you missed a class by accident (for any reason), should there be complaints. Teachers should contact the affected student asap, apologise and arrange for a reschedule immediately – notify Admin that you have done so.

Issues relating to payments and invoicing:
VET teachers should contact Jason.
