Altering Date/Time of a Lesson

Planyo does allow a teacher to modify the time/date of a lesson. Although a teacher must be aware that we cannot alter the duration of a lesson (i.e change it from a 30 minute to 1 hour lesson) otherwise the Coupon will not update itself. Another option is simply to cancel and re-book the lesson.

Such modifications may be done in the following situations:

• A student sends an email to a teacher to request the time/day of a lesson to be changed.
• A teacher, due to unforeseen circumstances, must change the time/day lesson but this is agreed directly with a student via email communication or during a lesson itself.
