Joining Teams Meetings

Microsoft Teams does not work with an individual permanent teacher link. Instead each lesson has its own unique link however we have integrated Teams with our Booking System (Planyo) and so everytime a meeting (lesson) is booked on Planyo a new meeting link is automatically generated. Teachers need only to go to their Teams Calendar and Click on Join to start the Lesson.

Students will also receive the link via email in their lesson booking combination and if they also use Outlook/Teams the meeting (lesson) should show up their Calendar too so they can also join easily from there.

In the rare case that your student does not have the link for the lesson you can simply copy and send it directly from the Reservation Details for the Student on Planyo.
